When a customer onboards with Plutosoft, our highly experienced Customer Success team ensures a seamless integration of Plutosoft. Our thorough implementation process is led by expert data migration specialists who can efficiently transfer data from just about any software—no matter the size or complexity.
New users are assigned a dedicated Implementation Manager to provide comprehensive training and onboarding support, ensuring a smooth transition. Once up and running, our Australia-based help desk is available for assistance.

Onboarding Timeline
The onboarding process takes place over a four to six week period. Practices will have weekly implementation meetings with a dedicated Implementation Manager, who will provide tailored guidance and support. To facilitate learning, we offer six comprehensive online training modules to be completed alongside the implementation meetings, to maximise the value of onboarding and unlock the full potential of the platform early on.
4 to 6 weeks onboarding process
Alignment Meeting
This initial session provides an overview of the onboarding journey, covering key areas such as data migration, system access, training, and support. Timeframes and expectations will be outlined.
Meeting 1
Meeting One focuses on configuring the Adviser Portal and reviewing your client data. To ensure an effective session, participants will be asked to complete relevant online modules in advance.
Meeting 2
Meeting Two will dive into the advice generation process, with time allocated to address any questions or clarify details from the training materials.
Meeting 3
Meeting Three covers the setup and customisation of report and style templates. It will also provide an opportunity to resolve any related queries or preferences around branding and presentation.
Meeting 4
The final implementation session focuses on establishing workflow processes and how to effectively manage tasks within the system. Any remaining questions will be addressed to ensure teams are confident moving forward.

Post Onboarding
Upon completion of the onboarding and implementation process, practices will transition to our Australia-based Service Desk team for ongoing support. A dedicated Customer Success Manager will be assigned to ensure continued success and optimisation of the system.
